Kim Coulthurst
Kim Coulthurst is a fierce advocate for community-centered solutions. She’s a strategic change agent with a 25-year track record assisting private and public-sector employees and organizations to achieve impactful outcomes. Kim’s passion is partnering with individuals and teams to help them blossom for the greater good. Supporting adults who strive to serve community with authenticity is her singular mission. For the last 14 years Kim has applied leading-edge behavioral psychology, systems theory, organizational development and other disciplines to equip organizations to build capacity and infrastructure for high-quality client services. Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Mills College and Certificates in Non-Profit Management and Human Resources Management from California State University, East Bay. She has specialized training in Participatory Decision-making, Human Performance Technology, Non-Violent Communication and Youth Development.
Amanda Gerrie
Amanda Gerrie has dedicated her career to building the economic mobility of individuals who have historically been marginalized from the labor market. She is a Certified Career Development Facilitator, Life Purpose Coach, and Graphic Facilitator with over 23 years of experience in workforce development services. Her expertise encompasses leadership development, career coaching, supervision, youth and adult workforce development, career navigation, and workforce development policy. Since 2004, she has provided consultancy services to government agencies and nonprofits, focusing on effective program development and administration in education, workforce development, and youth employment. Additionally, Amanda has facilitated retreats, planning sessions, and partnership developments. She also offers individual coaching and group training on career development, life-work balance, and personal fulfillment.
